A: Yes! We can add a handwritten message to your card to make your gift extra personal and thoughtful.

A: We're based in Australia and ship nationwide. We also offer international shipping to select countries.

Q: How do I place an order?

A: You can simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to provide your shipping information and payment details to complete your order.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?

A: Please contact us immediately at info@thelovinggifts.com if you need to modify or cancel your order. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before your order is processed. Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we’re unable to make changes.

Kindly note that our team works diligently to prepare your order for shipment as quickly as possible. We accept cancellations for orders that have not yet shipped and are not custom-made items in progress.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Standard shipping within Australia typically takes 3-8 business days. Express shipping options are available for faster delivery.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Q: What is your return policy?

Our items are carefully inspected before shipping, and we always strive to ensure your satisfaction. Every request is treated thoughtfully and fairly, and we believe that kindness and respect on both sides help us find the best solution.

Q: Are your items ready to ship or made to order?

A: Most of our items are ready to ship, kindly allow us 2-5 business days to be pack, process your orders, especially in holiday season. We appreciate your patience.

Note: for wholesale, most of items are made to order. We are trying to have lots of stocks ready.
