Shipping Policy
Every order is packed and shipped from Port Stephens, Australia. We proudly offer worldwide shipping.
Processing time: We usually process your order within 2–5 business days. During busy sales or holiday times, processing may take 5–8 business days. We appreciate your patience.
Estimated delivery time: We currently ship all orders with Australia Post. Once your parcel is with them, the arrival depends on their service, but we’ll always provide a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.
Standard delivery within Australia typically takes 3–8 business days (depending on location), while international orders usually take 7-25 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Please keep in mind that the weather can sometimes delay deliveries. For international orders, customs and import taxes may add extra time before your package arrives.
Delivery time begins after your order has been processed and dispatched, not when the order has been placed.
After your order leaves our hands and is with Australia Post, delivery is out of our control. While we’ll always do our best to assist, we can’t be responsible for any delays, damage, or lost mail that may occur in transit.
Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer, as these vary by country.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you wish to update your address, contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we’re unable to make changes.
For your understanding, The Loving Gifts is not liable for PO box delivery issues or Stolen packages after delivery.

Refund Policy
If you think your item is faulty, please email us at info@thelovinggifts.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will do our best to provide an appropriate solution.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund orders lost in transit or stolen after delivery or delayed by the postal service, but we’re happy to assist with tracking and support where possible.
We photograph every package before shipping, and we can send you a photo if required.
