Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Wholesale is available only to registered businesses, clubs, charity organizations, and similar organizations.

Payment

  • Orders will not be started until payment has been received.
  • Standard turnaround time is 1–2 weeks from payment confirmation.
  • Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer and PayPal (Shopify Payments can be discussed if you prefer)

Minimum Order Quantities

  • MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) applies.
  • Minimum order values: $150+

Pricing

  • All prices are in AUD and are GST inclusive.
  • Wholesale rates and retail prices are subject to change at any time.

Shipping

  • Orders ship from Nelson Bay, Port Stephens, Australia.
  • Customers are responsible for postage & handling costs.
  • Flat rates: $10 within Australia, $20 International
  • Shipping is via Australia Post
  • Local customers may discuss pick-up options. Delivery is not available.

How to Order

  1. Browse our items and note down the names, sizes (if any), and quantities you would like to order.
  2. Email your order to: info@thelovinggifts.com
